So my landlord has been a huge ass. We moved into our apartment June of this year. Before we moved in he said if we got a dog to just let him know. So we got a puppy for my son but since then the puppy has been a huge emotional support for me. I have depression, anxiety and PTSD. Well our landlord came to our apartment and said we had to get rid of her because their are too many dogs in the apartment. I don’t want to get rid of her so my friends mom informed me that she can become a certified emotional support dog. But we are waiting for September to buy all the stuff she needs. Then he tried to accuse us of not picking up after her outside. We always pick up after her because we are extremely environmentally safe. She never barks unless the 3 big dogs upstairs start barking and running around all crazy. These dogs do it all day and all night. And she also barks when their 2 kids stomp up and down on the floor. She is a really sweet dog. Now today we were on the balcony of our apartment talking about bringing jack and the puppy down to play and so we were looking down at the front yard part of the building and we see a sharp razor for a tool laying in the grass. Now if we would have brought them to play one of us could have stepped on it or jack could have crawled onto it. I’m upset because we pay rent, we are never loud except for a couple times when the boyfriend and I were fighting (but we’ve been good for a couple weeks now). Then the landlord won’t fix our shower head. Our blinds are all locked and won’t move. He didn’t put door stoppers in so now we have dents in the bathroom and my sons room. And the balcony paint is chipped and peeling and some of the wood is cracked. I’m pissed. Like we are good tenants. I don’t understand what the harm is in having one dog when almost everyone else has dogs plus the neighbors upstairs 3 big dogs. And on top of that he already said she was okay.
