The crib I got for baby girl comes with a changing table, haven’t been using it as such because I can actually use it for storage (she has so many blankets and they all fit perfect there). Plus I change baby’s diaper on the bed or couch, like it’s easier for me that way. Tbh I’ve never used a changing table in the house with any of my kids and we did just fine.
Who feels like they need a changing table and why? And who agrees with me and doesn’t use one?
I have a changing pad on the dresser and I love to use it when she poops especially now that she’s older and it’s hell to change her diaper so I like that I can strap her in
I guess I’m the exception. I have a changing table in both of my babies rooms and that’s the only place I change diapers. I have a setup with diapers and wipes in each and it’s just so much easier for me.
@babymay2016, I actually felt like it was easier to do it sitting vs standing post c section.
I have just a small dresser and a changing pad. I miiiight use the changing pad on there, for the first couple weeks if easier to stand and change baby after c section.. But after that I will probably want the space back and move the pad whereever, the bed, couch, etc..
@anewthing2018, I agree, I’ve always been like that! With the boys I didn’t even have the table ever. With baby girl we got a sweat deal on the crib and it came with the table which is great but I’m with you lol I will always change diapers wherever it’s easiest for me
@shaniiced, lmao you’re right maybe it’ll come in handy in a couple of months.
