Yep, it will come and go. Just like as you get more into the second trimester a lot of pregnancy symptoms go away.

Mine have only recently slightly been hurting but my first trimester they HURT it definitely comes and goes mostly gone for me

Im just a little paranoid because in february i was pregnant, i woke up one morning and my boobs werent sore anymore, i felt different i kmew somthing was wrong, i started cramping, and i went fo the bathroom and was bleeding. But im sure im ok, nothing els is wromg just my boobs arent hurting todsy

Mine comes and goes too.. they just recently stopped hurting. But I still am having upset stomachs.
