@mrs.hibben, That’s kind of up in the air. I was going to paint my brother’s last name, their first names over that, and then their wedding date. But I’m working on some other designs. It’ll be their wedding date for sure and then their name somehow. The big one is their guest book. ☺️

@mrs.hibben, I’m in LOVE with it! It’s actually Dark Walnut by Minwax but the key is to not let it soak. I stained the whole board and then immediately wiped off the excess. All those pieces were stained with the exact same stain. The difference is how heavy of a hand I used and how long I let the stain sit before wiping off the excess.
Plus, we just got lucky and got REALLY good boards with lots of knots. 😍 I’m jealous of it. Lol.
