Look up Boon Nursh. They’re like the Playtex drop ins but have a reusable silicone liner. I love them.

I had gotten a few with the baby swag bags and I had an issue with leaking. They give those really wide and short ones and I've got a small hands so for me it just wasn't as comfortable or natural feeling in my hand either.
