So question has any mom used the tea mother's milk does it really help produce milk

Yes I have and it works.

I drank it twice a day while I was nursing and definitely noticed a difference. I’m not sure though if it was just that I was drinking more liquids or the tea but I’d say yes

I once pumped all this from one breast after drinking about 3-4 cups of it in work shift. I was desperate after having a very weak supply for days so I filled a small pot with water, brought it to boil, added a bunch of tea bags, let it cool & filled my liter water bottle with it & sipped it all evening at work. When I got home this happened.
