Has anyone had surgery while breast feeding? Did it affect your supply? I’m afraid after my surgery I won’t be able to produce as much! I was breast feeding my daughter while I had my gallbladder taken out but she was over 18 months and I was in the hospital for 6 days with out feeding her at all. So I think that had something to do with not having anymore milk. I was weaning her off anyways. I am just so scared I won’t be able to feed him after my surgery.

Why was it 6 days for gall bladder?

@liz41395, because I let me self get really sick I was in icu 5 of those days. My potassium was so slow they said if I didn’t come in when I did I would of went into cardiac arrest. It was also leaking the toxins into my body. I really thought I had a stomach bug.

What surgery do u need now?

@liz41395, they hit a nerve during my c section and it hasn’t healed so the only way to be out of pain is for them to go in a release it.
