Got my beautiful baby sling that my husband ordered me off of Amazon yesterday. I LOVE it and I'm so excited to use it! With Parker, I just had a regular carrier for him and I only used it maybe one time. He looked so uncomfortable in it! Now we just need to order the car seat and stroller and a couple other little things here and there. I cannot wait till my baby is here, it's getting SO real. My last pregnancy everything we had for him was handed down, which I didn't mind, I was really grateful because we were struggling financially, but this pregnancy I've been able to pick and choose what I want for him and it's been so much fun! Anyways, any tips on which car seat/stroller combo I should get?? 💙

That’s awesome! My tip is to be wary of the combos. They are typically the base model for the car seat. Not that they wouldn’t be safe, but we specifically wanted to stay away from that this time—- we did not like the base model Graco seat that came with our stroller last time. I still love Graco, but am getting their Snuglock Elite- the base is supposed to be amazing and a really easy/tight install. The straps also adjust from the front easily. There are so many out there. I like to read the reviews! There are some really great brands too, depending on the price range you are willing to spend. Also make sure the stroller you want is compatible with the car seat! One of the reasons I love Graco— its so easy to pair.

@amysbabies Thanks for the heads up girl. I'm going to go look into the Snuglock now! It's been years since I've had to buy an infant car seat and like you said, there are so many more options out there now than before! I wanna get the safest one I can get for him. I thought it would be cheaper to buy a combo set but the price really doesn't matter, safety def comes first so I'll just buy them separately!

I have always gotten Graco, love it! Have the snuglock 35 that's with the new base system, it's super easy especially if you have to change cars often. Plus we have the Graco double stroller and a Graco single stroller. The car seat can go into either one we are using for the day
