Really considering cutting coffee out of my diet are usually drink a cup a day to help me wake up because everyone says drink a cuppa coffee so wake you up this doesn’t work for me anyone what types of drinks see you all take in the morning or suggest to drink for energy I guess

I gave up coffee til my lil one turns 1 2 more mo to go but i drink any kind of soda or i drink ice tea

Shoot for a healthy breakfast instead. Complex carbs, proteins,

healthy fats

Egg and avocado

whole grain toast with natural cheese and fruit,

oatmeal and fresh fruit

a fresh smoothie with oats peanut butter etc. etc.

If you don't have time for an actual meal, combine fruits, veggies, oats, peanut butter, chia or flax seed into a smoothie 😊

I used to drink Mt. Dew, but cut it out of my diet, as I don’t need all that sugar and it was tearing up my stomach.

Now I drink unsweetened ice tea for my caffeine. I prefer Gold Peak unsweetened over Pure Leaf brand.
