@duckduckgoose my fiance went in for a simple operation today. Just a small one to get a polinidal cyst removed so it won't come back. In recovery he stopped breathing and when they finally got him back he went into a panic attack. He came out a mess and it got worse when we got home because he let it all out. No one even told us what happened afterwards. He told me and his mom when we got to the car. They didnt say anything at all. We heard everything went great and then it took them over 2 hours for him to come out of recovery, we were in the waiting room because people aren't allowed in recovery so we couldn't even go see what was taking so long.

Oh wow. Any surgery can be scary. My brother dealt with pilonadal cyst/access. Such a nightmare.

@kambam we were both feeling off and slightly paranoid about it before he went in but figured we were overreacting. Absolutely a nightmare just dealing with having to pop it the first time because we didn't know what it was exactly.

Yeah it's really shitty... hope he gets better soon.
