@amberjacq, @josephinecaldarola30, just always have healthier sweets around. Fruit, yogurt, granola bar, trail mix, frozen yogurt, frozen fruit bar... stuff like that. You can give it to your kids for snacks too😋

I have a serious sugar addiction that I need to kick.
My goal is to get to 120lbs and then possibly lose a few more pounds after that, my struggle is sugar! For me to lose weight with PCOS I have to go on a sugar free diet and it’s been really difficult for me to do after having my son.
