Meal prep love...
I know many moms prefer fresh but dont over do it
I did microwave meals and slow cookers for 3 months week 35 untill 2 month postpartum
and at lunch they had lunchables

My kids loved it and hubby would cook dinner or order out

For breakfast maybe try just having a few options always available for them to choose from, kind of like a bag lunch option. You could offer scrambled eggs with cheese and toast (you make that morning after a headcount), oatmeal with fruit (you can make batches ahead to reheat), or yogurt with fruit and granola (just a quick assembly).
Same options available every morning unless no one wants one of them, then no need to make it. Save more labor intensive breakfasts for the weekend or when you feel inspired.
