Ever since giving birth I've been extremely intolerant to heat. I've had to walk out of supermarkets midway through shopping to 'cool down' with fresh air. I've left people's houses simply because they've had their heating on. I'm still having cold baths. Also, every single day after giving birth I've been waking up with my hair soaked like I've been sweating and over-heating during sleep. At first I put it down to the hot weather but it's cooling down a bit now and it's still the same. I don't want to be like this forever. Hoping it's just a hormone thing?

This is definitely a hormone thing and it's completely normal I actually went to the doctors with this about 3-4 weeks after giving birth and it's just hormones settling down I was the same and felt clostrphobic and panicky when I started to feel got its awful ! But it settled down slowly after a few weeks of going to the doctors so I'm sure yours will soon xx

@jodiedillon3 thank u so much! that's a relief. It's uncomfortable and a bit gross really. The slightest bit of warmth feels like a heatwave. I was going to go to the doctors myself but I knew if it was hormones somebody on here must have experienced similar xx

oh lord, I’ve been telling myself the last few weeks that I can’t wait for my pregnancy to be over so I can feel human again and not be too hot all the time. I didn’t realise the hormones can stay😩😭 I literally thought as soon as she’s out I’ll be of a normal temperature forever straight away😭😂

@rosiehadenxo 😂😂 I only had it slightly during pregnancy but it was summer so I thought it was that. It's got 10x worse since her arrival. Brace yourself hun 😂😂 xx

This picture shows it for me. I'd not long given birth maybe the day before n my hands over my head coz I was sweating to high heavens. I was using the rag by my side to constantly wipe my head. Them first few days the heat was unbearable! 😂😂

@clarelushx yeah I know the feeling or even if my feet got hot I felt like I was dyeing and had to put them in cold water I mean I have even stopped walking in town to pour water on my feet 😂 but it went away and it's now back now I'm pregnant again 😂 but It will settle down for sure xx

@jodiedillon3 I get the dying feeling 😂😂😂 especially if I'm in a hot building in a queue stuck, tend to feel it more when I can't get away from it. I look forward to a normal temperature 🌬 xx

Mines not quite so bad but I'm definitely hotter at night time now a days. I have to wear my hair up or I wake up in the middle of the night soaked in sweat. I never used to before kids!

@clarelushx my baby is due nov 2nd ... im kinda happy with having another fall baby hehe ... but the summer time while pregnant is the hardest
