Omg my daughter grinds her teeth so bad while she’s asleep is there anything I can do to make her…

@heather3427, Has your daughter Seen a dentist recently? How’s her breathing? Does she have big tonsils or adenoids? or It could be a sign of TMJ, try drinking more water and relaxing and massaging her mouth before bed, also try a warm wet washcloth on jaw and visiting a chiropractor for jaw exercises

Have you talked to her dentist about it?

@gabby.pineda, yeah he said buy her a night guard I tried that and she won’t wear it

@melissaredfield87, I have TMJ! But I’m gonna call her dentist tomorrow! It’s so bad it wakes me out of a dead sleep! I don’t want her to ruin her teeth!

@heather3427, Definitely! My 13 year old also has TMJ and complained of headaches and jaw pains and grinned her teeth so bad at night now she has braces and had her tonsils removed and if helped her so much

@melissaredfield87, I have to do something! I have tried every thing I know! She’s only 6 but I don’t want her to mess her teeth up! TMJ is awful!
