Hi, I try to give my son 2 naps at the most everyday. And I try to play with him and get him tired. We always make sure he's feed,, given a drink and changed. And I try to set the mood so he knows it's about time for bed. But every other night I give him a bubble bath and then we give him a 7 ounce of bottle for him to go to sleep. But he doesn't always take it. Our son is 1yr and 10 months old. He'll be 2yr October 4th. I hope this helps. Oh, and we give him, his pacifier. 😊

My son is on a schedule bath by 730 and bottle by 8 and he’s in bed , we had that schedule since he was about 6 months, along with day schedule as well

We've had the same schedule since my daughter's cord fell off (with minor changes here and there). Our schedule now is bath, brush teeth, lotion, diaper/PJs, and book. She used to get a bottle and book but she cut that out herself, now we will just offer her some water while we read in case she's thirsty.

I make my 4 year old lay down at 9:30pm and he’s out by 10pm

And unfortunately my 2 year old is still being rocked by daddy and sleeps in our bed 😒 they don’t take naps, they sleep all night and wake up at 9:30am

Thank you ladies for responding... My son is 19 months old and we really have no set schedule for him, but I am trying to implement one. He is a terror at night and will take hours to finally fall asleep, nearly every single night. We co-sleep but I am trying to break him of that, as well. He usually sleeps well through the night and wakes up later in the morning. He does not use a pacifier or any other object to help soothe him. I just started a new job, working 7am-4pm, instead of 12pm-8pm, which is what I have been working. Any more advice or scheduling help would be appreciated!
