@fakoffyeh, I had a lady in New Orleans make it for me. I have no clue how to get ahold of her now though. 😩 She makes all kinds of awesome stained glass stuff too.
@fakoffyeh, I wish I could still get in touch with her. She did some stained glass garden stones for me that were to die for. Someone stole them from my yard at the house we just moved from. I was pissed.

@fakoffyeh, yes look for someone who does stained glass and ask for a custom piece. That way you can pick your colors etc
