I have a free bootcamp starting in just a few days. No purchase necessary. All I need are emails to invite you in and for you to download the beachbody challenge tracker. Everyone in will track workouts, encourage each other, support each other. I’ll post food ideas and recipes to help you with nutrition. If you need a game plan to stick to and help lose weight, build muscle whatever your goals are we will do it. Give your body some love, do what makes you feel amazing. Along the way you’ll get results! I’ll also be starting another round of LIIFT4 October 1st for those who have beachbody on demand or for those looking to dive into this program. For those who don’t already know it is lifting, hiit and core. 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes a workout. The great thing about this program is it’s flexibility you schedule your workouts around your life. There are modifiers and band work if you don’t have enough weights or struggle with the full move. All of this at your fingertips that you can do anywhere! You have nothing to lose (except weight) and so much to gain (hello muscles!!!)
