Hi all
Just wondering what you give your little ones for lunch time? My little one is 7 1/2. She has purée that I've made a kept frozen in the freezer or a sandwich and some Ella's kitchen puffs. I don't give her a lot during lunch time as she still has a afternoon feed between 2-2.30. I've had a few comments from people saying she must be starving but I no my own baby but now I'm thinking am I not giving her enough:(

I was offering a warm meal followed by either fruit puree or yogurt. Maybe a bit of finger food but not always. I swapped the hot meal for packed lunch style when they were a bit older.
I give Theo whatever I eat for lunch, usually a sandwich/wrap, jacket potato or omelette and salad. We have a pretty basic lunch time menu in this house😂 nothing fancy. Theo only started eating a lot at 9 months when he started walking. He was never a big eater, she will let you know if she's hungry x
Give her absolutely anything even what your having for lunch xx @laurengx
