I had cramps the first month really bad and then I had mild cramps all through my pregnancy. Everyone’s body is different but they didn’t bother me very much after a couple months

@nfalu001, your uterus is growing and muscles are stretching... but you should talk to your doctor about it

I had them mildly until about 13 weeks and then they kind of stopped until around 20 and they came back now they are still here.
