What things have you mamas packed in your hospital bag that have been wonderful to have, I don’t want to underpack or overpack .. the first time around I don’t think I really brought anything with me my mom just brought me clothes and I used whatever the hospital provided 🤷🏽♀️ I stayed in the hospital for 3days!

Comfy clothes so you don't have to wear the hospital gown, electronics chargers. I brought my shampoo and conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste. I'd take books or something to do. I was there for 3 days too because I had a C-section and it got boring at times cause my daughter was in the NICU.

Comfy robe, slippers, shower supplies, and depends - so easy to put on and take off. I think that's pretty much all I used when I was at the hospital. And a going home outfit. I wore the hospital gowns the whole time.

Definitely pack toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, comb/brush, flip flops, for the shower, etc. It was so nice to have my own things once I was finally able to shower. Also a towel, blanket, and pillow. I didn’t pack any and wish I had. The hospital towels and blankets are thin and not made from the softest material. All those little things matter when you’re laying there in pain and need a little comfort. My SO brought a blanket from home and I used it when he wasn’t using it and wished I had brought one for myself too.

@aszx2, exactly I didn’t think of a lot of things with my 1st child and staying in the hospital for 3 days was not fun since my daughter stayed in the nursery! But I got great responses that will help me with items that are needed:) thank you

@erikak, the hospital gowns aren’t the best like I didn’t mind them but I just wanted something more softer on my skin and light so considering to buying like a nice loose pajamas! Thank you for recommending things :)

@arcsmomma, yes it does get Boring if you stay for 3 days specially if you don’t have your baby with you! But thank you for the recommendations:)
