I did but stopped I didn’t like the side effects on how it made me feel, made me a zombie and have bad thoughts ... takes a while to get used to
It made me have awful thoughts and just didn't feel like myself. But it's different for everyone. This was just my experience.
@jellybeans_mumm, @mrsnimon, my doctor prescribed it to me last week for severe depression.. she said it could possibly make things worse but she wanted to start me off on this one! I hope it doesn’t have that effect on me..
I took it for a while but stopped a few months ago.
I feel like it didn’t really help me too much even though I got my dosage increased. I didn’t have any negative side effects besides a very dry mouth in the beginning.
@tipsymermaid, I hope it helps for me lol I need to get rid of this depression I haven’t been on it long but haven’t had any side effects yet
@mommy_x3, I would be careful because all the depression medication makes it worse before it makes it better plus with the suicidal thoughts it has, have you tried alternatives? Therapy is what helped me
WAs working for me but made me extremely tired. Like fatigue all day, yawning. Could fall asleep anywhere, even after a good nights sleep.
@jellybeans_mumm, my doctor recommended therapy but I don’t ever have anyone to watch the kids long enough my husband doesn’t get off work til the evening time.. so that’s why I went back on medicine
I was off and on antidepressants since 14 and non helped me and all of them made it worse. I just started praying which I know not everyone is religious and essential oils recently. Now I have no need for them.
@lovelily, @tipsymermaid, oh great! I’ve already had no sex drive since the baby 🤦🏻♀️ lol
@elenaofavalor, oh man! Yeah I couldn’t do it if I have that side effect..
@mommy_x3, or there are talk numbers you can call , or try maybe once a week .. I hope you feel better I just recovered from PPP less then a year ago and here I am pregnant again so I’m nervous, I pray a lot and started doing church and it helped .. I would make medicine my last choice .. u can always message me to talk ❤️
I have for 4yrs. Good-helps a lot with depression and anxiety, more energy, happier, safe when breast feeding.
Negative- I have trouble losing weight but not 100% sure it's the med, hard to get off of. Don't ever get off it cold turkey. Slowly get off it.
@jellybeans_mumm, thank you! I’ve been going through depression for so long since I was younger, and was on medicine before but they took me off of it when I got pregnant with my oldest and I never went back on it.. but lately things have been so bad for me 😩
@mommy_x3, yeah same here had it since middle school now I’m 30 ! You will be fine you have so much to be happy about ur babies and your life ❤️
@mommy_x3, I’m on Zoloft 50mg and out of about 3-4 different meds I’ve been on, this one has helped me the most. I feel like I don’t get angry so fast. It’s helped my relationship with my husband honestly. He was threatening to put me in the hospital at one time before this medicine. Depression still wants to rear it’s head on occasion but overall it works for me!
Zoloft is Definitely helping but the fatigue is crucial!! I already had issues being tired but Zoloft will definitely make it worse!! It didn't kill my sex drive at all tho ...I'm just tired all the time
@jdelsworth12, I’m glad to hear it helps you! I’m hoping it helps me to cause my depression has never been this bad and I feel like it’s ruining my life 😩
@newlywedmama21, I hope it doesn’t have that effect on me... I’m already tired as it is, I’ve been taking it since last week and haven’t had any side effects as of yet
@girlmom., my doctors wouldn’t let me take depression medicine while pregnant
@mommy_x3 well good then....I felt the fatigue effects almost immediately. So maybe you're in the clear...or maybe I'm just tired and it's not the meds lol
@newlywedmama21, I hope so 🤞🏻 lol maybe so but my doctor did say it could make you tired
