I would pay attention to any cramp/contractions. Usually this late in pregnancy and with blood, means labor is near. If you want, you could call l&d and see what they say! Good luck, love!

@nschlegel, I’m having slight cramps but very mild, it also wasn’t a lot of blood. When I wiped again there was nothing. I’ll keep an eye on it and watch my contractions! If it gets worse I’ll call l&d! Thank you!!

Jip girl you are loosing your mucus plug... The same happened to me... Did u take a pic of it.. I know its nasty but if you see somthing you havent seen befor.. Take a pic and post it... Dont feel bad... We will help you and answer you...

@nadi.1, I didn’t take a picture, if it happens again I will. I think it is the start of losing my mucus plug though! Did you lose yours in pieces?

Jip 1st it was like a jelly see through... Looked like when you ovulate.... Then when i was between 1cm and 2cm dialated i lost the rest and then i whent into full labour... But remember it can take up to 2 days for that to happen.. But if you loose a big chunk you are in full labour because it meens your curveks has dialated so much that your mucus plug fell out and because your so close to giving birth your mucus plug will not grow back... Meaning you in labour

@nadi.1, ahh omg!! I was 2cm dilated last Tuesday. I’m hoping I progressed more and this is the start of losing my mucus plug!! How long did it take for you to go into labor after you lost yours?

If there was blood in it it is referred to as your “bloody show” I had mine around 6pm with my third and gave birth at 5:36 am.

@jellybeans_mumm, I’ve been having the same kind of discharge for a few days!! It’s been two hours and I’ve gone to the bathroom twice and haven’t had any more blood. So we’ll see!!

@babybump21.... Took me 4 days after i lost mine... And i had to be induced coz i would not go past 1cm...after induction it was not even 4 hours and my son was born...
