Hiya. Welcome. I remember when I found out I had pcos I panicked and thought that was it....no kids. That's not the case hun. I'd say get some ovulating sticks from Amazon they nice and cheap. Try find out what day your ovulating. If that dosnt happen may be your gp can proscribed you some metformin to help you. Xx
@vixster I've been doing the ovulation strips for a while now and they get dark but not quite positive, I'm also only having 10/11 day cycles so I have a feeling i haven't been ovulating xx
@natalie2255 my gp mentioned metformin today when she diagnosed me, but she said to keep trying on my own and go back in 3 months and she might give me metformin, sounds silly but I feel like I don't get taken very seriously about ttc because of my age
@shannontalbot1997 no not all. They just want to give you a chance to see if you can conceive yourself. I conceived 3 times but unfortunately I lost all tree, but that's due to my bad lifestyle and I have no one to blame but myself. ( bare in mind I didn't know I was perdnant) otherwise I'd obviously make changes. But it is possible to fall pregnant. You just need to know when your ovulating hun. And main thing....don't stress if it dosnt happen!!!
@natalie2255 I've fell pregnant 2 times before, and miscarried (this was way before I had even heard of pcos) and I didn't feel like I was taken seriously then, it's sooo difficult not to stress when you want something so bad, have you managed to conceive with pcos?
@shannontalbot1997 I know what you mean but if you stress and it dosnt happen you'll stress more. It's funny as soon as we stopped trying I fell pregnant. We tried for 6 or 7 months. Then someone told me about conceive plus lube from Amazon. Thought I have nothing to loose. Used it twice when I was ovulating and fell pregnant. Now my daughter just turned 1 😁
@peppa. GP has told me to try loose some weight and go back in 3 months and she may put me on metformin, she hasn't mentioned Clomid, maybe that's what she will suggest next x
@shannontalbot1997 I'm not sure if it's the best place but that's where I've ordered it from and @peppa. Yes it's difficult to loose weight with pcos but I've never tried. I've always been 14/16 size and always tried to eat healthy. My weight never effected me getting pregnant.

I'm the same size too, I think I've just got to try and take things one step at a time, I think I'm gonna focus on trying to loose weight for now, and if I get pregnant in the mean time then that's great, but if not I can try metformin and go from there, I often overthink things and stress myself out, but stressing won't get me anywhere xx
