Ladies... can you tell me what you went through leading upto your labours? Signs? Different things?…

With mine I was having pains on and off from around 37/38 weeks. After my due date I had a sweep was 100% ready to go, was 4cm dilated, waters were bulging so was just a case waiting for bubs to make his move lol. After my sweep felt a few pains nothing major they then stopped then that night I woke from a thump for bubs and a stomachache then few mins later my waters broke lol x

Just asking as I've been having alot of pressure, disharge more frequently, sharp shooting pains and sometimes just feel like I want to push! But I think it's baby pushing down.. pelvis hurting, I'm all stuffy as if I have a cold and I'm weeing alot!!!! X

Have u got stomach pain like bad period cramps? And lower backache, when u say u get the feeling to push is that front or back?

@nicolemariehooperxo, oh right I don’t really remember getting pressure though I’ve seen some say on here they have had it, I got pains(in the muscle) if I moved to quick due to round ligament pains. As for wanting to push I only felt like that when I was in full blown labour. Maybe give your midwife a call and tell her what’s going on xx

Is your baby's head engaged yet? If u really needed to push you'd know about it by now but how long it been like that for? X

@nicolemariehooperxo, personally I’d give her a call just so I could put my mind at rest especially if it’s been a few days, least then I’d know it weren’t a water infection etc x

No signs...just waters broke x

@amyecmt I'm not too sure my last scan he was head down and I've been having alot of rib kicks so I'd imagine so.. it's been on and off for a week or so.. that's what I'm thinking.. it's not all the time just random.. xxx

@nicolemariehooperxo iv had backache and abdominal pains, but got told it's probably a urine infection xx

@amyecmt well it's all new to me so you're probably right!! I think I would of gone into labour by now! 🙈 I don't like this last part though I have to say... I will mention it on Wednesday.. ahh.. that's not good xxx

@nicolemariehooperxo the last part is what I'm looking forward to haha at the time I hate labor and the contractions I mean with my last pregnancy they were really bad I was on the ward telling the midwives for hours that I was having contractions but they weren't listening anyway by time they checked me I was 6cm dilated and by time I got to labor ward I was 10cm so went through that labor without any pain relief it did put me off wanting more but now just excited about doing it all again I can't wait 😂🙈... I'm sure everything will be ok like u say if u was in labor you'd know by now xx
