The local grocery store is evil! They got 90% of all their delicious, creamy, tempting ice cream on sale! I am trying to watch my calories and suger in take! The sale for most of the ice cream is for 2 weeks! 2 weeks! The good stuff to like Ben & Jerry's, Mayfield, Halo, Bryers! I am trying to resist the temptation to buy and eat! The struggle is real!

It's all about moderation. I take advantage of those sales, but it takes me a week to eat one pint. I just take a couple bites here and there after a healthy lunch 😉

Thank You all! cause I LOVE ice cream! I can give up all other sweets. I hate a few years ago my body turned against me. I am now lactose intolerant to certain dairy. But ice don't brother me. So I am wanting even more! Pluse its on sale!
