so we've been apartment hunting and a lady on Facebook was looking for someone to take over her lease from her apartment! i was interested but i really wanted to know why she was moving so i looked at the reviews of the apartments and omg I'm so happy i did! i will not be moving in here. thank God for reviews lol

Yikes.
Unfortunately around my area most of the more affordable apartments are 👎 while all of the most expensive apartments have rave reviews 😏 I mean, I get it, but it sure makes it difficult for folks who can't afford expensive.

I was just lucky (and persistent enough) to stumble upon a two bedroom under $750 in a nice neighborhood within walking distance from the elementary school my son will be attending.

2 bedroom apartments here range from like 800-1300 depending on how nice you want it. Hope you find a nice place!!

@blueismycolor, when we were looking to move a few weeks ago we came across a house that wanted 3000$ just for rent, I told my husband you could put that as a down payment on a house but omg it was beautiful

@camsmomma In a nice subdivision here, its not uncommon to find three bedroom rental houses between 1200-1600 a month (depending on location and square footage) with a fenced backyard and garage. Texas is pretty reasonable but hot as hell in the summer time. Lol
In a so-so neighborhood, 700-950 for 2 to 3 bedrooms.
