@girlmom., yes it’s formula 🙂 I try to let him use the sippy cup at least two a day to make an easier transition. I would recommend this cup he really likes it. The first one I got he just wasn’t that into lol this one is a nuk I can send a link
@girlmom., 6 months but you can start whenever I just waited til then cause it’s he can learn how to hold it pretty good. But I wish I would tried at around 4
