@brittanystewart304 I've Never Used A sit and stand but seen lots of people with one. When my oldest was 2 and under we had to use 2 strollers.

This is the one I have, it works well and its easily folded up and not too heavy. My 2yr old can stand or sit in the back while the baby carrier is put in front

My son it turning three this week and my baby about to be two months I have a double stroller it’s Graco my son gets lazy or tired so it’s easier when he sleeping or whatever to have a double stroller

I wouldn't bother with a nearly 3 year old. I'd just baby wear the newborn
