@sarah.s Well. I took her to the doctors yesterday. And of course her regular pedi was off duty. So she saw some other person. Who told me most likely not a tick bite, but not sure what bit her, they put her on antibiotics that we started this morning. She had a low grade fever that started last night, and she's been pooping a lot it's given her diaper rash. So, thankfully her pedi gave me her number when I had our first daughter. So I just texted her asking if I should have her tested for lyme just in case. She told me to text her again tomorrow with a picture of it, and if it starts to look more like a bullseye she wouldn't even need to test for Lyme, just put her on medicine to treat it. And that she could see us on Monday. It's just stinks to not know what caused it.
@bhtslove, that’s a distinct bullseye. Testing for Lyme is rarely accurate though. I’d ensure that the antibiotics they gave are good for Lyme and start giving yogurts and probiotics
@jack.ass Long story short, she didn't see her pedi yesterday. But I was able to talk to her pedi today. She wants another picture tomorrow. And going of that will treat for Lyme without testing. I don't like when we are not able to see her pedi, but luckily I have her cell number.
If you take an ink pen or waterproof marker and outline it you can see if it is getting bigger day by day. It does appear a little bigger. When I get bit by something it looks similar to this. I react horribly and it takes two weeks to go away. But I hope this isn’t Lyme’s disease and your baby gets better ASAP!

Hmm. I'd say bigger. Looks like lyme disease. Or a ringworm

Looks bigger to me

And it looks bigger

@jack.ass The medicine she is currently on is not good for Lymes for what I read. So she'd have to be put on something else.

@bhtslove, I’d get her on something else then.

@morganmommy79 Thanks. The bite mark is better today, however her fever has gotten higher.
