Yes that's right. The 9 months is because our calendar goes by solar months so they are more than a full 4 weeks. Pregnancy technically lasts 10 months with an even 4 weeks each. (Lunar)

Sounds about right. 40 weeks is technically full term for babies. That whole 9 months thing isn't correct. Lol They just say that because that's usually how long women stay pregnant for.
