I like Nexplanon. It's a matchstick sized rod that is implanted into your skin in your upper arm. Lasts for 3 years.

I personally won't get an IUD because when things go wrong, they go seriously wrong. Also I'm short in the vagina department, my husband sometimes hits my cervix, so he would be able to feel an IUD.
