Not looking forward to getting swabbed next week for that group b thing they test around 37weeks,…

I got swabbed last week. It wasn't too bad but certainly not the best feeling in the world.

They just swipe around they don’t actually penetrate you. I barely noticed it each time.

The dilation check can be uncomfortable though.... hope your dr has long fingers!!

They checked me last week at 36 weeks I was 1cm dilated but didn't feel any pain and it was quick..

@nessaness Maybe it depends on the doctor or how sensitive your body is. First pregnancy so don't know too much

@cartergirl08, I know it’s not to bad just the fact that they’ll start going down there with my daughter it was horrible they were so rough when they would check for dialation and even up until the day of delivery they kept checking 😭

@momof2gs, yes I can remember my last swab I received with my first and do recall it wasn’t bad at all just not ready to really have them up in my business I guess

@prettyflower1033, I wonder if they will swab and check me for dialation as well? Or if they’ll wait until I’m 38, 39 weeks 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don’t remember when they started checking in my first pregnancy.

@prettyflower1033, my dr was pretty rough maybe that’s why it was uncomfortable.. but yeah it’s my second pregnancy..
