This seems like really intense behavior over ice cream from your other post I feel like he is nit picking at you and that’s not healthy.

He’s just worried about you. Men deal with it in their own ways. Drink lots of water I’ve realized that is usually why I crave sweets so badly is when I’m dehydrated. I made a coffee smoothie concoction with almond milk super low in carbs to drink every day. It’s a good alternative still have that milky consistency but way lower in carbs. I saw someone mention halo top too. Yummm that’s a good low carb ice cream. They have peaches and cream that’s the best. Just make sure not to get the vegan kind that tastes horrible haha I made that mistake once. Also working out and keeping your weight down is going to be the biggest factor for keeping diabetes away. A cup of ice cream a day isn’t going to turn you diabetic!

@verguinia, Don’t we all 😘 it’s a true struggle. I don’t know who said weight just falls off when you’re breastfeeding but that is certainly not the case for me! I’ve been exercising and not eating out since 2 weeks postpartum and I weigh the exact same as I did and I’m almost 3 months postpartum. . . Sooooo depressing! Lol and that’s no ice cream except maybe a spoonful of halo top here and there! I’m about to say screw it and eat whatever the heck I want because it doesn’t seem to make a difference either way!

@barebon maybe your body needs lime to actually go back to normal first before it starts to loose weight and your right a spoon full a day if better my tooth broke today I'm not happy!!!
