Social worker wants to come to visit us next week to see how we’re preparing for the baby andddd I’m 28 weeks now, we’re not prepared at all. Just got some clothing, but we wanted to start decorating and buying stuff in a month time... will she think then that we don’t care about the baby if we didn’t buy anything yet? 🤷🏼♀️

I don’t think she’ll assume that have you got lists or anything written down, maybe write a little planner just to keep her off your back! I’m not prepared yet hun I’m 34 weeks and there’s still time just let her know what your plans are xxx

I didn’t start buying until just after 30 weeks. I didn’t want things out and ready collecting dust. There’s no set time that you have to have everything ready, so don’t worry. As the other lady said, make a list. If she questions it then her concerns are in the wrong place
