I see this a lot on here. But trying to self induce earlier than 39 weeks is selfish. I know you’re excited to see your baby. I know your uncomfortable. I understand. I was throwing up my entire pregnancy with BOTH kids. I was throwing up in labor. I have sciatica and being pregnant made it worse. I could barely walk. Those last weeks are really hard. But it’s not you who suffers if baby is born early. It’s your precious baby that is put in danger. I understand inductions happen for medical reasons. I was with my first for pre-e. But just let baby come on their own. And castor oil should NEVER be an option.

It’s not just selfish, it’s stupid. If you try to induce early you’re an idiot and should stop having children.

Yes!!! Carrying these twins has really put things into perspective for me. I remember feeling like I wanted my singletons out SOOOOO bad the last few weeks. Here I am at 32 weeks, carrying about 9 1/2 lbs of baby, in constant pain, and all I can do is pray that they stay in there long enough to not need a nicu stay.

Pregnancy is hard, but it’s not hard enough to risk your babies lives 😰

This is also why the last few weeks are so important. Not only are their lungs still developing, so are their brains. STOP. TRYING. TO. SELF. INDUCE. You're immature and selfish if you do. Your comfort and impatience should NEVER come before the safety and health of your child.

Damnit feeny- why you standing up for the health of baby’s. Everyone is different you know. Some have super babies that don’t need to cook as long as others. I have a super advanced kiddo

Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what everyone else thinks or what a doctor tells you trust your body you know your body better than a blood test and a pee test and god will lead you to the right path

I have a rant and this is just my opinion but I bet most of you mommies will agree. If you can go get your nails done and pay 50 to 60 dollars then you can pay for your child’s milk and all that. I understand needing help with baby stuff but food I mean come on it’s not that much. I know I don’t know your guys lifestyle but it pisses me off when girls get on wic and then go spend so much on themselves.

@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.
