any mom's who don't have any communication with the kids dad based on court orders?
I want to go through that route of not having communication with my son's dad, want to know your guys story or so..
&yes I know we have to have communication and try to co-parent but with my son's dad I really cant. We can never communicate properly, he always yells at me & calls me names..ever bad word a girl can get called he calls me& I'm tired. not long ago we went at it while I was trying to pick up our son and he didn't let me take him, it's my fear that makes me stay quiet, I'm tired of it. I decided to put my foot down and say to stop disrespecting me & he said to me ," I can disrespect you whenever I want, because you're a bitch and you'll always be a bitch".. guys I'm tired of always going through the same thing he seriously verbally abuses me &ask me why I put up with it? Idk I'm such a sentimental person..but any advice?

U can reopen your case they cant deny you that they may say u have to pay a lawyer but kust like the other ladies say keep ur evidence ur proof for court .... U need messages screenshots videos police reports take a stand now while your som is young because if you dont he will think its ok to do what his dad does to other women

@ashjordan2011 me and him have 50/50 but I want to see if I can re open our case so I can be able to get something similar to that, hes so abusive with me and he thinks he can make the rules and I'm tired of it, it's not even healthy for him to yell at me confront of our child and he does it

Its like this when u got to court u say he can get ur son like everyother weekend and one wwel during hoildys and one month summer vacation. Ur kid lives with so u have the schedule. Are u going to family court or visitation or child support

@ashjordan2011 what does that mean? I mean I have my side of family but I know if I put them down as to pick my boy up it won't be a daily thing they work too do you think it would be the same thing from having his mom ?

All u need is a support system that will go to court back u up and b willing to b ur thrid party .....so do u hve support?

Use a third party ....use a person the mediate for u the judge will approve of that...lije like use ur mom for like drop offs pick ups calls times meetings ....this way u dont hve to do it..... I hve been useing this method n helps because my kids dad give me anxiety so to keep down the confusing i use my mom n the courts n he has to comply becuse i am the custodial parent hes not so i hve more say so they live with me

You can have a stipulation in your plan that neither of you are allowed to disrespect one another or talk badly about each other in front of the children. It's in mine. If either one of us violated we can take the other back to court and they will be held in contempt.

@tonys.mom1, that’s usually how they word it in court orders. Means you can’t say anything negative about each other. It’s truly in your child’s best interest. Obviously it’s hurtful to you, but the child suffers when a parent is like that too.

@jack.ass he sometimes does it through text, but it's more often in person, & what does that mean of putting language in refrain of making disparaging?

@tonys.mom1, I don’t think it’s a hard thing to prove- any texts like that? And judges know it happens. Most likely they’ll have you put in language that you’ll both refrain from making disparaging remarks about each other.

@jack.ass my son's dad does that same but I doubt he'll admit to it, from what proof can I get of that ?

@tonys.mom1, I told the judge that he was doing it in front of our child because I wanted to to stop and the judge asked him to confirm- and the dumbass admitted it.
