So my son started day care the first 2 days he was good now he is crying every time I drop him off has anyone had that problem I need help like I told him the weekend is almost here and we will have fun I promise but he says okay but once’s he gets off the car he starts crying that he don’t wanna go and throws his fits ....
What’s a good way to get him to stop crying when I drop him off

I bought my daughter special snacks that she gets as soon as she gets to the dayhome. she loves yogurt so I show her that we are bringing it and as soon as we walk in the door she sits at the table and gets to eat it :) it distracts her long enough for me to get out of there before she has a chance to be upset.

@leigha.mazur, we can’t take any food inside the day care or anything so it’s hard

@mommyteam28 maybe try with a toy? are they allowed to bring their own little item inside?
