It's definitely normal I heard breast milk helps it just dab it on the spots where the acne is at...it will go away tho I remember my son had it and I hated it but in time it leaves

Baby acne is normal. It isn’t caused by dirt so you can’t wash it off. They’re caused by hormones so there isn’t much you can do but let them clear up on their own.
