I'm not high-risk and i had 3 so far and was told I still need 2 more 🤦🏼♀️ one is cuz they need to get a perfect picture of baby's heart since he's stubborn and is always just showing us his back and the other to see baby's position around 34 weeks...
I thought 2 or 3 were normal im not high risk... I had one scan at 12 wks for down syndrome n stuff with blood work and then 19 wks for gender anatomy scan
@taylorsmommy1017 for all my pregnancies i got one for each trimester so 3 total... This is the first time I get more due to baby being stubborn (medically necessary)

If you didn’t schedule it you don’t? Ik most around here get 1-2 unless you’re high risk

Are you high risk? After your anatomy scan and if everything was normal the Dr wont order anymore unless it's a medical necessity.

They gave me another ultrasound around 36 weeks. For my hospital it was normal to have 3.
