So I know the whole "avoid salt, elevate your legs, compression socks, stay off your feet or be active, sleep on your left side" my ankle has been swollen for 4 days on my left leg only inside of the ankle not the outside, foot, or anywhere on my other leg is swollen. Doesnt hurt. Just bothers the heck out of me, any idea what else to do besides what I listed? Maybe something I'm doing (besides being pregnant 😂) thatd cause it? I've done everything by the rules this whole time and I'm just an annoying worry wart.. dont understand how only one side of my foot is swollen so bad! I'm afraid of it causing pain or getting worse (which it looks to be getting worse) my foot feels a tiny bit tight from the swelling but no real pain or anything yet. Thanks!!

Time to talk to the doctor ASAP!
Swelling on one leg can be anything from pre-eclampsia to blood clot. Hope it’s starts to heel (lol) soon. 💕

Swelling just on one side could also mean blood clot. This one is worth a dr visit.

If it’s on one side, see a doctor NOW. Could be a blood clot.

After my D&C, my left calf swelled up. It's been over a year now and it's still swollen. The doctors have checked everything and all looks fine. But the swelling will not completely go away. Definitely get it looked at to rule out anything serious.
