We are extremely lucky to partner up with @goldfishswimschool and hope that @zianaeliz and #GunnerPat carry this gift into their golden age. In their later years, their longevity and quality of life will be enhanced by swimming. The CDC says that water exercising helps to decrease disability and aids in the quality of life in older adults. Who knew!? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
