These are my parents. Today is their 42nd Anniversary! I grew up watching these 2 crazy in love with each other. They showed me that there is such a thing as true love and happily ever afters. They showed me that love is important and that you shouldn’t compromise on it. We didn’t grow up with much money, my parents worked hard as can be throughout my childhood to give us everything they could. I never wanted for much, they just always made life full and exciting. .

42 years is a long time. It’s been a pleasure throughout the year is watching them and being part of their love story. I pray that my children see this kind of love in me. I look at this photo and little did they know what would lay before them... but knowing what the future held for them, it didn’t matter because they had and have each other. .
