I started this about a few weeks ago...I cold turkey stopped pumping, but did not cold turkey stop nursing... went from nursing 6 times a day to only 2 now, and switched to formula for the rest... I have never been in pain from this, and can go 12-13 hours at night totally fine
@glencoco, I did cut feedings out slowly I cut day time and last night finally eliminated night time feedings but I’m just wondering for the rest of the time what should I do to get to dry up but not end up hurting in the end?

I used cold cabbage leaves and changed them frequently. Still some pain, but definitely alleviated a lot of it.

@shyshy2.3, I hand expressed if I had to relieve pressure. Just enough to not hurt but not enough to trigger a let down.

I ace bandaged them down with cold cabbage leaves and ate peppermint, sage, and took Benadryl
