Check the expiration date of the opks

I had a positive opk the morning of my positive pregnancy test in the evening!

I would check the date on them, try another OPK test as well as a HPT... good luck mama!

Those strips also detect pregnancy. You could be having a chemical and it’s picking up the dwindling hormone.

I agree and would take a HCG test to be sure. When was your 18 weeks loss? If it was recent it could also still be picking up HCG from that. My HCG remained positive on an HPT almost 7 weeks after our loss. Good luck keep us posted 🤞🏻

But I have not taken a pregnancy test, especially since my period has been going for so long. I figured there would be no way I'm pregnant, but maybe it is like a miscarriage or chemical.. My miscarriage at 18 weeks was in September of 2016.. Then I had my daughter January of 2018. Maybe I will schedule an appointment. Because I was kind of thinking my period wasn't going to come because I have had some symptoms of pregnancy but I also had symptoms of PMS. My nipples usually don't get sore before my periods and I've been a little more sleepy.. but maybe i should call my doctor. Just to be safe.. thank you ladies for input!

I have an appt with my obgyn next week Tuesday and I'm taking an hpt tomorrow morning, but as of tonight, I used my last OPK (this is now #9) and I'm still positive. Strange hey? Considering I just stopped bleeding yesterday.

Sone women have their last cycle while oregnant uf you implanted close to your periid date.

@angikay they really are strong, and came up really fast. I'm trying to keep an open mind though.

@beakymcspence I see them this coming up Monday. They said that was the earliest they could get me in so I'm going to go to the emergency room tomorrow to make sure everything is okay and it's not an etopic pregnancy or that I didn't miscarry. Because my bleeding was very abnormal and pretty heavy compared to my normal periods. I would just feel a little better because right now I'm nervous as can be. But thank you, also makes me nervous that my 7 month old might be a big sister!
