It depends. I’ve always had wacky sleep cycles but I wake up at 4:30 AM every single day, no matter what. Sometimes I go back to sleep for a while, sometimes I’m up for the day! 🤷🏻♀️
6:20 a.m. to prepare for the day and to take my big guy to school.
My husband and I are up at 5:30am every day. Our alarms go off at 6am 😒
