How do you mommas deal with heart burn I’m dying nothing seems to work.

I took two tums every night through my 3rd trimester . Get extra strength . My doctor said it was safe .

I feel like I eat tums like they are candy.

I’ll have to see if I can take Zantac when I go to the doctor next.

I wish I liked mustard just the smell makes me Nauseous

I take zantac twice a day, pepcid ac, tums, and I drink a lot of milk and NOTHING helps. It's miserable. Today my OB suggested I buy some apple cider vinegar and put about a shot of it in with some water. Haven't tried it yet but I will at this point do anything

@wolfe1134, I’ve been told Zantac can have some serious side affects . I was in the hospital at one point and they told me they couldn’t give it to me for my heartburn. Because they don’t use it anymore . Idk maybe the hospital I went didn’t know what they were talking about . That was a while ago maybe things have changed . I hope you find something that works for you ! Heartburn is the worst ! It was horrible for me in the third trimester more than the first .

Rennie tablets were the only thing that helped me. And a glass of milk.

I got MYLANTA. It’s a pregnancy safe medication. It comes in liquid form & they have a vanilla & a chamomile flavor. It’s seriously the BEST. Works immediately. & you can buy for less than 10$ at Walmart or CVS. I highly recommend it.

backing soda!!! it helped me a lot!!! ist put about a teaspoon in a glad of water and mix... drink.. and drink some more after you emptied the glass... doesn't need to be much water

I took nexium 24 and it said on the box it’ll take a few days but it kicked in INSTANTLY for me
