Depends. Mine didn't do in office, they sent me home with the drink at 24 weeks and had me drink it and go to the blood lab anytime I wanted between 26 and 28 weeks. I did mine right at 26. I did fruit punch and it wasn't as bad as everyone told me it was but everyone is different. It's just kind of a sticky sweet taste.
