Your supposed to feel 5 movements an hour atleast I’d suggest you go to l&d

Get to the er. Trust your instincts. Hopefully nothing is wrong but check so you can get some peace of mind!!

It’s 10 movements in 2 hours. I suggest drinking something sugary and then laying down on your side to get baby to move.

@ladyblauvelt_mommyof2, well my doctor said atleast 5 an hour and 10 In 2 hours soo 🤷🏻♀️

My doctor said 10 movements in a half-hour if it takes him any longer go to the ER
