Y’all I need help! Need to lose at least 20 pound! Anyone have any good advice on what worked best for you?!
If you want lasting results do what @mamagunn.no.1, said. And eat healthy. Don’t cut everything out at once and if you eat some sweets don’t give up just get back up. I also do the 20 min strong by Zumba on YouTube it gives you a great workout
try the 3 day diet! u can do it over & over but in 3 days u lose like 3 pounds! i use this when i have a big event coming lol
Cut out sugar as much as you can and look up exercise challenges. They give you the incentive to get it done everyday because you have an end goal 😊
