@jack.ass Nobodys supposed to but his grandma took him in because i guess the doctor i took him to wasnt good enough even tho they both said the same thing. Shes off her rocker. She seems to think that court ordered visitation = being able to make decisions

@babymay2016 it pisses me off im happy he got the medicine he needed but pissed that she went over my head about it. I was calling around all damn day trying to get his script changed she acted likei didnt try and was neglecting getting his medicine

Yeah my mom is authorized to take my son to the doctor but I would be pissssed if she did that without my consent. And real quick she would be off the list

@babymay2016 shes only authorized on an medical emergency basis and obviously since he had already been to the doctor it was not an emergency. I hate whenshe oversteps then acts likeim incompetent

@leahkay she took him to the hospital 45 min away.. I used to have his pedi there but switch to somewhere closer with adr i was more comfortable with...

@mom4m, You should contact your lawyer to see if this is a violation of your agreement. If it says emergencies only and it wasn’t an emergency, that’s a violation. I would be seeing red if someone did this.

I agree with @ek620. It's not like you were neglecting your child if he had JUST been to the doctor. That's crazy to me that she did that. Court ordered visitation doesn't mean she can do whatever she wants. I'd also call the doctors office and let them know she can't take him their without your permission.

@ek620 imma have to contact someone it pisses me off. It wasnt even her weekend with them it was mine but i let her have them saturday because my oldests god parents were up to visit from out of state then she went and pulled this. Im not mad that he was taken in again because thats what i was gonna do if i couldnt get his script fixed but im pissed she did it behind my back without informing me til after the fact then ahe acted like i never did anything and had no clue how to care for him or give him medicine its ridiculous

@leahkay she oversteps constantly for some reson she thinks that she has a say in things like no I have full legal custody of my kids and primary placement you have visitation that doesn't mean you can make any type of decision without contacting me first. Then she tells me that my moms not allowed to say anything to her and it should only be me and her talking im like well your both grandma so your Each entitled to your opinion and neither of you has more say than the other. Im jist over this whole thing. I wanna move as far away from her as possible (within court limits) and just make it hard on her to get the kids for her visits and whem she messes up get her for contempt. I know it sounds horrible but im tired of allthe stress this placement causes me
